Default pressure switch

Do any of you guys have your bottle heater pressure switch installed before the valve, where it reads bottle pressure always ? My new bottles have the extra hole and I thought about using it so that I don't have to open the valves to run the heaters. I don't know if the switches can take the constant pressure, may cause leak. Also the same goes for the electronic guage sending unit.

Absolutly, that is the best option. That way you can leave the bottle off while heating and you can monitor the pressure. Definetly the way to go if you have the extra ports in the bottle.

Yes, I have mine installed there, IMO it is the most safest place to have the pressure switch.
