Damn? I pay OTHER people to work on the car. The car is done...dyno friday night. Better wail on nitrous or it's back to Zex. okay not really...man that was low.

The jet is just one step in a long road. Sure you slap happy parts together and maybe they will work maybe they will not. BUT there is a difference.
But why in the world would you pay for product from one company and then say, hmmmmm let me use this other companies jets. just does not make since to me. And as always just becuase some says it as "will it worked for my car" does not mean it will work for yours.
As i have mentioned to others each piece of the puzzle is important, sure take this or that part and compare that one part. You will find a little difference, then do it again to another part, again a little difference, and so on and so on. But end the end you can not say there is only a little difference in the final package. People always forget toadd those differences up.

A couple things, two words "Venturi Effect", NX's secret? not exactly rocket science but interesting. Also, more important than using another makers knock off jet (which may or may not flow equally), is bottle pressure, concerning why one manufacturer calls for these jets over anthers call for these jets. I guess I better take my FORD SVO injectors off my Chevy as they couldn't possibly be of the same quality? Once again, if your not NHRA/IHRA bound, just jet it to the hp level and a/f you want, and leave the flow testing to the pros.

Actually Ricky IT IS ROCKET SCIENCE! Rocket modelers have long used Nitrous Oxide as an oxidizer in Rocket engines.....LOL Works very well I might add!

As I recall, heading back to a thread of Jeremy's not long ago, we were talking about variances on nitrogen and oxygen atoms...i was interested to hear over the holidays as I toured the Titan Missle museum between Tucson and Nogales that the Titan used the A-50 hydrazine fuel with N204 as an accelerant. Now what is germaine to this thread is what was posted above...thinking about nozzle designs in rocket engines and nozzle designs of nitrous jets. So any similarities? Like compression and acceleration of the fluids or something. All this tells me is R&D in this business is essential.
