Default Finally made the 10's...NPB

Thanks to many of you on here, and mostly my bro Andrew (Drew778)...

http://www.paradisecruisers.com/vide...ie%2001.28.wmv

10.611 @ 127.45, 1.53 short time. So happy to finally make the 10's, **** I had to update the Nitrous List

Robert, since I know you helped a lot also... this was only one of the 5177 Noids, jetless, the other noid **** the bed on me at the track, so no multi-stage. Hopefully next w/e I will have a new noid here and can go after the Single Digit Midget!

Nice Charlie. The car should go 9s no sweat. Looks like you need to make a swaybar adjustment.

Damn bastage, beat me to the 10's. Congrats though, you've earned it. With out a jet that's about 140/150 shot, so adding a second stg with another 100/150 should put you in territory I will probably not be getting to. You gotta love them little dry hits.

Thanks 69.

GMMuscle...I really would like to know what she could do on a good track, and of course someone more like my lil Bro Andrew piloting it. Everyone says our track is slow, but wont know till I move.

Juiced, next w/e should be an interesting night

Robert, damn man, I thought you'd already clipped your 10's...sorry, but thanks at the same time. I will be experimenting with noids vs shot sizing etc trying to get another 120+ into the engine so I can get the 9's. I have an idea for a new setup...imagine using one humangus nitrous noid plumbed into a 3 or 4 port outlet (like a Y but with more outlets) and use a 1/4 turn valve (like on a refill station) to select which route you want to use. I could jet each side for 100 (or whatever) and then open all, for a 300 hit, or close one....etc. Doable, or just plain crazy me thinking while tired again?

The valve manufacturer not sure, but I have seen them on all the refill stations. A local Hydraulic Shop has valves compatible with high pressure and Nitrous, so might whip something up one day.

Did you launch off the trans brake with a 10 bolt?

Yep. Made 5 passes or so NA two weeks ago, and 5 more last night. 10bolt survived, but the tires spun pretty bad, so that helps.

Congrats man, that is my goal for this year, 10.99 or lower. Now, if my drivetrain would just stop breaking ...

Congrats on the 10's Charlie, just hope you got some money stashed away for a 12-bolt or 9 inch, cuz if you get a good hook on that 10-bolt, she'll be in pieces, hehe!

Cool man! The only thing in my rearend i'm worried about is the posi, i'm running a 12-bolt with an eaton posi still that came in it, hopin it holds up, so far so good, 1.3 60's and still kickin! Not gonna change it unless it breaks, if it breaks, i'll go spool! Not really worried about the 12-bolt or the 33 spline axles, should handle it, don't think I need a 9 inch. My next mods are a standalone to feed the wet kit, a wideband, and finishing up my safety stuff!

Well I ahd been getting warned at my rack for the 11.50 rule, so I decided the heck with it I am going for the dual stage (run in sig) and hit the rev limiter going to 4th. this would have been my 10.xx run, then got the boot at this track for rest of year. I hope to be deep into the tens this year, on stock longblock.
Your valve idea is interesting, however, i am choosing to do it with 3-stages and controlled by switches for 1,2 or all three hits and can also adjust rpms for each.
