Default Who mentioned to shift earlier when Spraying???

I forgot who posted, and I even inquired about it too *banging head*, about shifting earlier when spraying, as the nitrous makes more torque the lower the rpm is etc.. I tried it and it seems to work nicely. I will have to do some comparison runs, but so far, I think I may have found the sweet spot....by accident of course.

Sorry for not recalling the SN, but my searchs suck. Thanks for the info.

white...thanks, and yes it seems to be working quite well. I figure for *****-n-giggles I will run one or two shifting in the old NA rpm range, and then comparison can be made a little more accurate...but damn does it pull much stronger by SOTP.

True, but what do you consider mild? I'm not much more cubes, just mildly stroked which should actually take away some rpm from my understanding, it's a 374 (3.905 bore x 3.900 stroke) and i'm running a fms hydraulic roller cam with specs of 246/257 .632/.645 112+4. So what you think, should I try lower next time out?

Damn, that was a pretty mild cam! Thanks for the recommendation, once I get everything sorted out so I can make a full pass, i'll try 7000 first to see where she's at and then drop to 6800 and see what happens.
