i was looking at purge valves. NOS has two purge valves. -4an and -6an or something like that. the -4an is like $114 and the -6an is only $116. for another couple dollars why not get the bigger one. bigger is usaully better but maybe not. and for example lets see i am looking at it for a 150 shot system.

 

They use the same solenoid, the only differance is the adapter they come with. If you have a -4AN feed line get the -4 package.

 

GM MUSCLE covered it all . Depends on your feed line.

If you are looking for actual purge solenoid size you would base that off of the orfice size. For example. Our standard purge solenoid is 063. Our Big Show purge is 093.
