Default direct port nozzle question

hey guys i was wondering if i could go to a direct port nozzle system that requires that you drill taps for the nozzles as oppose to the ones that fit under the injectors?
i have a 96 lt1 vette with a 100 wet shot on it.

i know itd be alot more work but its be alot cheaper too.

any thoughts?
cheers

Yes - I bought a solenoid forward direct port NX kit from NitroDave, since I did not need the bottle or main feed line - looks like you're in the same boat.
