When nitrous passes through the solnoids i believe its in liquid form, and it is cold enough to give you frost bite, the fuel and nitrous solenoids are different

i would think that the lines would be all filled with gas? b/c your relieveing pressure in the bottle when you open it, so it would turn into a gas?

i'm not saying, just more of asking...I took thermodynamics last semester, in one ear and out the other

It's liquid.
Solenoids are specific and not mixable.
-128*F ideally.
I've measured -109*F with thermocouple.

should be a liquid all the way to the solenoids if you had enough N2O in the tank. occasionally you will get nitrous in gas form behind the solenoids and thats why people like to purge their nitrous system prior to use.

Right after you open a new bottle you are certain to have a small pocket of gas in the lines.
