Default questions about my new kit and 200 shot

guys I was just wondering about my new kit. I just installed a nos 08301 direct port nitrous kit and was runing a nos 5177 dry kit with no jets. Its been runin like that for about 2 years now and no fuel system upgrades. The new kit has 200 jets in it now. Can I make this hold up? Have any of you guys sprayed a wet 200 with stock pum or do you know someone who has ? Thanks alot...

I wouldn't suggest it. You already have a good amount of mods, I would start looking at upgrading your fuel system.

I have a N/A car with Racetronix Fuel pump and 30 lb SVO injectors and I'm even hesitating going with a 150 wet shot.

It might work, but you're pushing your luck.
Normally one would get a larger capacity pump and re-wire it.

thanks for all the replies guys. I tested the kit on the street this morning and hit it from a little punch and the main thing I found was that it hesitated just a lil bit. I looked and only had 600 bottle pressure and a friend of mine told me that I was runing too fat and not enough presure. My car has always run fat so thats probably why the 5177 held up with no jets. Also I think that tsp put a fater tune in it when i installed the cam. My main concern is the pistons and bottom end. I think with as low of miles as i have and how fat it is already runing that the fuel is there. Will the pistons and bottom end hold it shifting at 6500. Thanks a great deal....

It might hold up fine, or it could grenade tommorrow. get the fuel system and tune right on or it will fail sooner than later, that's a given, imo. Might also want to think about going multi stage or progressive to help with cly press on the stock bottom end.

I think since I have 2 sets of funell jets that are for 200, I may trade for some 150 jets. I would feel alot safer with the 150 jets and a friend of mine has some noszle jets and i hope i can talk him into trading. Thanks a great deal for the info and keep it coming. This forum is the best....
