Bottle mounting

This the bottle brakets mount i have and i want to mount it where the rear seats used to be.Does anybody make something i could mount it to.The base is 10 1/2 inches long(left to right) and 5 3/4 inches wide(front to back).

The mounting surface is one concern (width) the other is bottle stability. If i was mounting those over the rear 'hump' i'd flatten out horiziontally for stability.
The bottles have some weight and 'leverage'. Look @ several options before you decide>
