I run a regular MSD Digital 7 plus right now and I was wondering if I change it out for a programable if I would pick up any ET? I have ran a best of 9.33 at 148 with minimal traction issues, I have had only one wheel stand incident.

Ben,
Is that you? Weren't you KingCrapBox?
I run a Digital 7, 7530T, in my new Haas car, which is about the only way for race cars to go, but I haven't seen it in an LS1 car.
Oops, I didn't notice that you were not running a LS1 car. A programmable unit is the only way to fly.

I have tried to find kingcrapbox on various occassions but couldn't.
The Dig 7, 7530T, has too many features to discuss here, but one of the great features we use is starting out with 31 degrees timing in 1st gear, and using the timing retard feature to change to 30 degrees on the 1/2 shift, and 29 degrees on the 2/3 shift.
