Default Wow how plans change...

LOL well after lurking here a bit, and listening to my coworker Jamnutz sing the praises of Nitrous, I decided to take the plunge a few months ago. A Dynotune Dry Shot was to be my "entry level" kit to enter the realm of Nitrous...

The only thing I have in is the bottle and I am already assembling a two stage setup. Plans for my stock 99 C-5 are for about a 75 dry shot using the DynoTune Kit, and a second stage of about 75 shot using Daves plate kit. This will be a great starting point, and will be able to grow when the LS6 intake/LT Headers/bigger injectors come around (maybe next year). Also in the works is a LC-1 Wideband on a pillar instrument panel as well as a digital N2O pressure gauge.

Final Installation and Dyno will be done by Vin at 860. It will be real interesting to see the differences with the stages tested independently, and then as a combined hit

I will be sure to post pics and dyno's. Hopefully, I can have everything in around April or May.

Pics from 30thz on the plate conversion he won and I bought from him.
Dave is hooking me up with the other components for fitting it to the C-5

Electronics from DynoTune

Only thing I have done

I have a Bottle Blanket getting embroideired with a 8" C-5 Logo

Likely location of the WS

Panel close to what I am gonna run, gotta figure out where to add the bottle opener switch...

Bought the wife a new leather living room set...If I buy anymore Nitrous stuff, likely I will be sleeping on it.

u have yourself a sweet setup in the making, my dry kit should be in wednesday, and a second wet stage is also in my future...whats the reason for 2 smaller sized shot, instead of a single 150? or do you have plans to upgade each one later on?

I guess get some expierence with each type system, plus the 99 has the smaller injectors so I am limited there on the dry shot, the small wet shot should use up the rest of what the stock fuel pump has to offer. Each system can be expanded on if I get the bug, and want more
