Default Purge question

if you put a smaller fitting on the very tip of the purge line and expanded the pipe before it, wouldnt the gas shoot up higher and denser looking, and lasy a little long?

something like a dirbike exhaust, but not anywhere near that thick,
1/8" to 1/2" wide woult be the ballpark probably

or am i being stupid about something thats not really important, but cmon everbody loves huge purges

I think it would work, kind of like you said, but the other way around. Having a larger tube diameter at the solonoid and then tapering the tube in as it heads out. This way it would gain velocity as it heads out, but having a larger tube at the bottom could require more energy to push outwards and the tapering would put the velocity right where it would be with a normal tube. Just mess around with it and see what happens.

The biggest 'Plume' comes from flattening the purge line @ the end.
