Scott has a real sweet little ride here. Ill get some pics up for you guys shortly with upgdates as its done.
He will be taking this car to the Goat fest on the 25th of this month. Finished or not.LOL

OK guys here is alittle update....
After getting this car in the shop and taken apart we layed everything out and decided what it was we were looking to accomplish with this install.
Here is what we are doing.
This car is getting a Nitrous Outlet plate with a NX system. We will be using the new Lightning solenoids with hardline running from the solenoids to the plate. The system will be complete with our custom digital window switch,GENX2 and remote bottle opener.
Custom parts that we are making off this car consist of a custom made bottle mount, Custom wiring harness, and custom switch panel..
Ok,
To start it off we looked the trunk space over. We were looking for a place to mount the bottle that would not require removing the spare tire or sacrificing alot of trunk space. After kicking around several ideas we decided the best place to mount the bottle with out sacrificing the spare tire and not loosing trunk space was to mount in in the air.
This is the trunk area.

So here is what we done. We removed the carpet board that covers the fuel tank and crash bar. This crash bar is about 1/8 thick square tubbing.

We desighned a bottle mount that will attach to the crash bar. Then you will place the carpet board back like stock. This will cover the mounting plate with the crash bar. The attached mounting plate now has 4 studs sticking out where you will bolt your bottle brackets to. Your bottle will mount right under the trunk lid suspended in the air. All you will see is a suspended bottle. This will leave your entire trunk to haul things with out the inconvience. The prototype is at the machine shop. I will post an update when available.
Ok next. We mounted our plate. Then the Nitrous Outlet solenoid bracket off the passengers side head. We had to make two 1 inch spacers to clear the fuel rail covers so that we did not have to trim the covers.
Pics comming soon..
Then we had to decide where to place the switch panel. We decided to build the switch panel for the second pic. Finished pics comming soon.
We had two areas we were kicking around.

So we took out the compartment.

Then it was time to have my harness guy come over and lay out the car. The car was layed out with out any wire loom. After all was figured out it was loomed and finished. Having the car we were able to build a harness for you guys to be able to wire up your system in about 2-3 hours with all the accessories.
The final product will simply lay in the car and you will only have to make a few minor connections.
The process looks like a mess.. But the final product is awesome.

I will have updated pics up in the next day or so. Stay tuned..

I do like the hard lines. You are giving me more ideas. Running the wiring under the covers makes sense too. I reccommed a Stihl hedge trimmer for the cabin wiring. Nice job...I look forward to more pix. Oh yea good photos of the plate.
