Default N20 Question

I read most of the information articles about nitrous and i found some great info but i have a few ?'s still. The car ill be talking about is a normal modded LS1 (intake, exhaust, cam). I've been looking at nitrous and im thinking that a 100 shot is perfect. With that car being perfessionally tuned, will i be able to go through bottle after bottle w/o ruining my rings and what not inside the engine? OR will i run into problems soon after i install it. Second if i only spray once in a great while (dont highway race, and will track race once in a month maybe) and when i would spray it would be 3rd gear (on a m6) at WOT not right out of the whole. Will i still end up screwing up the clutch and rear? I wanted to go with 4.10's because i wont be on nitrous 99% of the time but i read that 4.10's are actully weaker than the stock gears? Will anyone help me please!
Thanks

Engine wise you will be fine, if you have a cam there are two things I would look into. One would be the fuel system. You might get by on the stock or you may not. If you want to play it safe swap out to an upgraded pump. The other thing to look into is your timing. Did you get a PCM tune? If so, was the timing advanced any? If it was you might want to pull some out or run a higher-octane fuel, or a combo of both.

Chances are down the road you will have to do a clutch. It'll hold for a little while, but not forever. Traction will kill the 10 bolt. If you are running street tires you'll be less likely to have rear problems.

so, right now my timing is advanced to about 28* i think. i have a 224 cam, LTs and True Duals and plan on doing a 150 shot. if i cant get my timing retarded a little, will using a higher octane fuel at the track make things safe again?

Yup, just use a higher grade octane fuel when you spray.
