How long does BH take?

How long does BH take? How long should the bottle heater take to get pressure around 950. I am using the 300 watt CFN heater with pressure switch. Prior to heating pressure was around 600. Its about 40* outside. What do you think?
I have had it take upto an hour. It just depends on ambient air temps. I will say that a 300 watt heater will heat a bottle in 80% of the time it takes a 240watt heater, at what ever air temp.
