Does anyone have instructions for a BMN window switch???

I bought a used bmn window switch and it did not come with any instructions. I was wandering if anyone had the instructions for the BMN window switch with first gear lock-out? If you do, can anyone send them to me at blh55@msstate.edu. Thanks everyone
