Default LS2 Timing Tuner question

I have a ls2 402 in my 99 Formula.I was wondering if there will be any issues using a timing tuner since you have to switch the two wires on the cam sensor.

I believe the TT works off of the crank position sensor. If you're using the LS1 PCM you shouldn't have any issues.
