You could link several small bottle together, but in most cases they just don't have enough volume to keep up with pressure demands. Basically if you were thinking of doing a setup similar to the one used in Vin Diesel's RX-7 in The Fast & The Furious, don't waste your time because it won't perform near as well as a single 10lb. bottle.
My advice would be to get creative with the mounting of all the parts of the system. Like TwoFast4Lv said, where can't you hide a bottle?

Best I saw was a kit in plain view...Told the person he was racing he'd disconnect the solinoid but wanted to leave the bottle connected because otherwise it would leak the next time he hooked it up, blah blah.. Little did they know, the solinoid in plain view was rigged to stay wide open...He had another one behind the firewall that was the one that worked. Hit soft too so it was hard to tell if he sprayed or not, besides the obvious fact that the **** flew.

Its very easy to hide a 5lb bottle up under the front bumper area.
Also I always like to hide a bottle in a speakerbox in the trunk. Install it inside and run the 4an line inside speaker wire/cover type line next to the real speaker wires. You have to unscrew a ton of screws to get the box open to get to the bottle, buts its worth it if you want to make sure they dont find it.

I have found that the easiest way to throw people off is to have two stages on the car, one stage that is a single nozzle or whatever and the other stage be hidden. Have one bottle that is in plain view and the other one hidden. The majority of the time people won't bother looking past what they can see in plain view, which makes it much easier to get away with the second stage. If they want you to disconnect the system that they can see, no problem, you can disconnect the line from the bottle or from the solenoids and make them happy (until you drag their ***, lol).
But like I said, there is more to it than most people think in driving/racing a car using a hidden system.
Also, using a progressive controller would help a lot in not making it obvious that you are spraying.

I've heard that a guy was caught using a hidden system on Pinks already and that the hose of the show flipped out on him. The guy using it said, "I thought this was supposed to be like street racing, anything goes?", lol.
