Default What plug gap for BR7EF plugs

I'm thinking about spraying my car with a 200 tnt wet shot. I've been running quiet a while with a 150 shot. I won't be running it all the time, just thought I'd see what it would do. I have NGK BR7EF plugs, but I don't know what to gap them on. Its a cam and head car, with stock compression. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
