Default bottle heater help

my bottle heater works... but not when the line is under pressure. its the fully automatic 860 bracket/heater. its wired up exactly like the instructions except my toggle switch isnt set 12v+ignition but straight to the battery.(so i can keep the car off and the bottle heater working while im in the pits/staging)

if i open the bottle and then turn on the heater the relay doesnt click to turn the bottle heater on. is my pressure switch set too low?

Sounds like you need to adjust your pressure switch. Try tightening it up a revolution or two. Its the small flat-head set-screw at the end of the pressure switch. Once its close you can dial it in to hold any pressure you want.

Please PM me if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Vinny

I would turn it up a little & see if it kicks on. If so then just play with it until you get it set at the pressure you want.

thats what i thought but didnt just want to jump in without looking... i didnt see any adjustment directions in the instuctions and didnt want to break anything... ill tighten it down and work from there depending on my pressure/temps.
