affraid of bog
affraid of bog I am getting ready to get my dynotune wet kit installed and i know this sounds like a dumb question but i am pretty new to this. I do not want to have the car bog of the line and the nitrous activate and blow something up. as long as i set my window switch at like 3500 and launch at like 3000 should i be ok? what would be the best way to avoid bog other than a safe tune and setting my window switch up right, or is this pretty much all i need. thanks for the help
Negative kind of. Yes you want to run the WS and set it above 3,000rpms, but you probably want to run a first gear lockout, so no matter what, it wont work in 1st (unless you wire in a bypass for roll racing). Robert56 posted a pic before of his 1st gear lockout, simple and cheap, do a search for that.
