I was told there are a few companies out there that do quite a bit more than you do Dave.. regardless it doesn't matter.. you love what you do, do treat your customers right, that's great! Now we carry one of the same brands as you, i'm sure this has upset you, infact I heard directly from someone you associate with that it certainly has. Regardless I have no ill feelings towards anyone, we love what we do here, and fair market and business practices are welcome! We don't mind competiton at all it's how this country was founded. I don't need all the money, I already have some I just want to enjoy what we do, have great customers and make them happy and live life.
So bottom line is We are here for the customers! And we are now Nitrous Express Dealers as well as Cold Fusion Dealers. We will strive to give the customer a choice in who to buy from, the best customer service we can give, and the best prices we can!

Yes they has several differant levels of buy in, but if you know anything about selling nitrous parts youll know that buying 15% under jobber isnt gonna make you money, especialy when summit sells for 12% off jobber. Try and cover up all you want, when inside people ( not just some warehouse grunt either)tell how others have been screwed then yes it pisses us off. The good employees there never have been able to keep quiet about inside business, from where to find the parts they stock to even giving contact names/numbers etc, to how they cant pay theyre debts to certain manufacturers like MSd, and so on.. but thats old news there. Personaly I dont give two sh its about you or your company, I get better deals than you can yourself my friend, whether its cold fusion or NX or TNT whatever. Its not what you know, its who you know, again,,,,its not what you know, its who you know. Your information is info leaked out from theyre mouths, not just gossip. Just the facts

I guess I missed the humor or where I screwed up tying something. I meant I can buy cheaper than you and even though you sell the crap out of cold fusion , Mike will sell anyone with the cash the same price you buy at, if not cheaper. But going thru him is a waste of time if you have the capital to go past him to the manufacturer and buy the same parts as him and NX and TNT etc., but thats no big deal. Im not here to sell or compete with ya. Im just pissed that that they could do there dedicated master wholesale dealers that way. I have lots of good friends who are master WDs that dont like this, and the words out now. Wait till you get burned a few times, youll know what I mean. Home boy not only pissed off his WD's he pissed off some of his employees too. And theyre the ones who have to face them WD's on a daily basis. Ahh ok Steve I see what you're saying now... I kinda agree with you.. I do feel in any business.. that no Manufacturer should compete directly with their dealers. I feel there is no competitoon and no dealer or retailer can ever meet or beat the manufacturer so I agree there.. Who knows why people do what they do.. This stuff is a way better than any soap opera, pay per view, or American Idol... it really makes three weeks on a Drillship fly by (well sorta)...
In a few months I can see the script veering off and a new spin off Nitrous Company starting up consisting of former disgruntled NX supportors/employees.... And so will evolve NX ending up with NOS the former leader in the N2O industry...a new civiliation will come forth and lead the path to Nitrous...what will its name become??? Stay tuned to the new show "As the Noid Purges"...

We have been NXs largest dealer for over 4 years now. We were required to do a buy in at the time of comming in as a dealer. When doing so we had to present all the papers needed and proof that we had a actual store. This and the quality is what atracted us to carrying the NX product line.
As a company that STOCKS 50,000 pluss dollars of NX products and has employees that rely on us for a paycheck to feed there families, pay rent,utilities and other overheads that a actual place of buisness has yes we are fustrated that NX is knowingly taking on dealers that work out of there house with out the overhead cost that real buisnesses have at no buy in. Im sure other dealers will also be upset by this.
But on Scotts side of things.I feel he has made a smart and good buisness move. Scott congrates on picking up a great product line.

Oh, and I don't think Ricky is a hater either, but I have probably given Ricky a harder time than most, but then again he has given it back. I would welcome a response from Ricky, however.
Now on the buss end of things. One thing you guys forget or don't know about is the forums that we support outside of LS1tech. It was great buss move on NX's part to take Nitrous Direct on as a dealer, they know what we are doing on forums that others from this site do not support. With that said, I don't think you Dave have anything to worry about if your one of the biggest dealers, you're well established and have a return clients. So, a little competition here on ls1tech is good for all the end users, and there is room for all. To sum it up, the deal between NX and ND is between them and really is no one elses bussiness. Unless you hear it straight from the owner of either company, it'll be just rumors, imo. A win, win for both in the long run.
I retract the haters statement, as I guess I am the only one that gets it.
Now I am going out into my shop and get my vette ready for some drag racing, which really is what this is all about. Also, having a good time and sharing nitrous stories/ideas/opinions on the internet.
