nitrous not working????

nitrous not working???? i have a 2001 z28 with lt headers, and straight pipes, mt et street drag radials, slp air box lid ,and harland sharp rocker arms i sprayed a 100 shot of nitrous with this combo and i wasnt impressed with my time what should i be runnning??

i disconected the n20 line and ther fuel line turned the key to battery and pushed the button it sprayed nitrous but no fuel from the hose.....dont know waht to do there i got the system to work before it seems it only likes to work on the highway
