piston in nitrous solenoid

piston in nitrous solenoid I've got a NX dp kit on a lt-1. I just replaced the fuel solenoid piston because it wasn't opening all the way when the nitrous was engaged. My question is if the piston in the nitrous solenoid is bad, are there any other "symptoms" than this
1. not opening at all, and going extremeley rich all the way down the track.
I believe what is happening is that the nitrous solenoid is being delayed. When I launch the car, it bogs hard, then finally takes off hard. I'm spraying a 200 shot. Also I had it on the dyno not too long ago, and the a/f was about 14.1 when it first hit, then comes back down to 11.7:1 or so. Thanks for your help guys!!
