Hey guys I'm a newbie, i'm a mechanic but i'm new to the nos life, and i want to install the bottle....What is needed to get this system up and running....Which system is better wet or dry? I was planning on installing a dry system but I would like some advice.
So far I will order a 15Lb bottle...I'm still a bit puzzeled about the nozzles and other stuff plz help!

Welcome to the board

Take a look at the FAQ's stickies up top. The Wet vs Dry controversy is one you will have to decide on. I did both for a two stage system. What I learned on the dry is nozzle placement and type is critical, so do search and see who did what with a setup similiar to yours.

The sponsors are great and its really worth your while to call them and discuss what you want to do (you don't have to buy, just inquire and see what they have to offer). I have used DynoTune, Nitrous Outlet, and Harris Speed Works for all my Nitrous stuff and was pleased with the professional answers and support I got. Robert56 is a dry guru and a rep for Nitrous Direct, hit him up for the skinny on Dry.

Kinda of have a plan on what you want to do before hand. Look at things like mainline length, solenoid inlet and outlet locations, colors/finish of Brackets or solenoids/hoses, how your going to mount the noids bottle etc. Before you call the vendors.

A base kit is ok but soon after you will realize that a bottle heater is essential, as well as a bottle gauge, and perhaps the safety equipment like blow down tube and FPSS and maybe a purge for consistancy.

If you go dry, the PRO Dry is the most complete dry kit gouing. Also good quality and easy safe install. Check the links section of my web for a write up on wey vs dry, some good insight. Let me know If I can help.
