Default Throttle cable not going to WOT

I noticed while testing my WOT switch, that when the pedal is mashed to the floor that the throttle cable is not completely opening to the bump stop. I hooked it up to auto-tap and sure enough it says the throttle body is only opening to 98%. Is there a way to somehow fix this without bending my pedal back? I looked to see if there was a way to tighten the throttle cable but it doesn't look like it can be done. Any suggestions?

Yes. in the middle of the T cable there is a coupler, which is an auto-adjuster. Pop the clip, and let the cable relax. Put the clip back in. Test by pedal to floor and have someone visually check the Throttle body bump stop and autotap. Often times the adjuster is bumped and it gets slack in the line.

that will only work if he has traction control

Yes you are correct I do have traction control but might I ask are you talking about the clip on the underside of those identical 4 cables?
