ok well i used my friends bottle cause places around here didnt have any.

well anyways, got it all hooked up , purged etc.
Went to spray and it would come on and cut out, then come on again.

It felt as if the bottle had some air bubbles in it or something.

Cause when i sprayed it would hit hard and stay for about a sec then cut off, then come back.

I do not use a FPSS.

I have digital window switch to come on at 3500 and shut off at 5800. I also have msd 6AL and a timing retard box..

All this is on a lt1 spraying a 200 shot. Dual nozzles.

 

What was the bottle pressure, and was the bottle indeed full that you borrowed? Check the nitrous filter (small screen on inlet side of nitrous noid) usually they get clogged quickly if you dont have an actual nitrous filter and will cause a interupted flow.

well the bottles was filled. I do not use a nitrous filter nither. And it was at 900 as my bottle warmer is messed up (another problem). THe noids i have are brand new and from Cold Fusion. able to hold up to a 300+ shot.

ALso for some reason my bottle warmer keeps popping fuses. I have a fuse for the warmer just incase. But i bypassed the fuse and the wires started smoking so i tried a 30 amp fuse and POP.


So i dont know what could be the problem with the wamer. It was working a few months ago.

 

Check the inlet screen, and start tracing the wiring, somewhere a wires insulation is cut completing the circuit.

what plugs are you using and are they gapped?

what size fuse are you using for your bottle heater?

 

ok figured out the bottle heater problem. Was grounded out by the bottle causing it to heat and pop fuses.

I am running NGK TR6's. These were put in by a respectable performance shop when they built my motor 4.5k miles ago. The motor is fully forged with a very big cam. Nitrous cam at that.

My timing is dead on, on motor. And on nitrous im pulling around 8 degrees to be safe with my MSD timing retard control ****.


My friends bottle was over filled, which im thinking might be a problem. Im going to go spray it after my oil change to Royal Purple and actually have the pressure up at around 1050-1100 this time.
