Default Window switch wiring question

I have a msd widnow switch i bought and i need to figure out how to wire it up and what mode to run it in. I played around with it before but i couldn't get it working so i have been sparying a 65 shot without it, but now i got 100 shot jets and i don't really want to spray 100 shot without the window switch. I have a zex kit if that helps anybody to give me a clue on how to wire this thing up.

Well, I'm not for sure what your exact application is, but if you are using a Relay, you run the white wire from the relay into the yellow wire on the RPM switch. The biggest deal, is finding the Tach Output wire, coming from your ECU. Again, I don't know the year of your car, so you will need to do some research. Check the FAQs out to find this info. I hope my simple Wiring Diagram helps you. My syste has a TPS, so that might make things different for you.

The only think i am running is a zex box which goes off of th tps with it hits wide open throttle it comes on. I think there might be a relay in the box but i am not sure though

Okay, then all you need to do is patch into the Relay ground wire (which ever that might be coming from the box) and connect it to the yellow wire on the RPM switch. If your not for sure, I would call ZEX for tech support on this.

Okay on a Zex Kit this is what you should do, MSD Window Switch wires, grey not used, red wire this into fuse box to something that is only activated when key is on, black wire to ground, yellow goes to your black wire on your Zex Box. White wire to you ECU, if its a 98 Pin 10 white wire, if its a 99-02 it should be white wire 31. Use setting four on your MSD Window Switch. Zex Box white wire goes to the TPS sensor output wire, this should be colored blue. Red wire from Zex box goes to your activation Switch. Also do not mount your MSD Window Switch on Metal. Put a piece of Velcro between the Window Switch and your metal mounting area if your stuck mounting it like that. Metal to metal is bad you will ground out the unit, cause interference when its activated and short it out. I had that switch, did not like it at all with my Zex setup. The Zex Tractioin Control Window Switch is working great with my Zex Nitrous Kit. Good luck, hope this helps. I also tryed the relay setup, this did not work either, and my cause some controversy with that statement, but it did not work for me, what I have posted did.
