Anyone make their own nitrous plate?
Im currently in school for machine shope tech and I have access to everything I need from cncs mills lathes name it. Im trying to think of things I can make on my own for my car. I can backcut my valves port polish heads and of course mill heads. But today I was thinking I could prob make my own nitrous plate system. Has anyone done this or know where some good info can be found for it? I I can figure it out maybe I could start selling them real cheap to you guys on here.

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing... making the plate wouldn't be hard but the spray patterns and the atomization of fuel is where all the R&D is.... Hell a plate is just a spacer when ya think about it. It'd be damn easy to make but all the secrecy goes into the spray bars.... and how they atomize the fuel and nitrous mixture.....
We have alot of work into our plate desighn. There were actually three other desighns tested before the final desighn that was then perfected. This takes time and money. The sad thing is when you do all this hard work for someone else to take and change it just enough to not be a direct copy and call it theres...
Congrates on going to School. That is where most people start. You guys will be the knowledge of tommorow. Take pride in what you do and learn all you can. With what you learn you could be the guy that provides the future desighns and newest advanced technology to carry the performance industries into tommorow..
Im happy to see someone eager and proud of what they are doing. Just worried that building products with out the knowledge or testing needed could cost someone there pride and joy or ride to work...

Distrubution of the N20 and fuel and atominizing it into a very fine spray is key. I would start by making a really cool plates that work with LS1 and LS2 Engines to mount the Silonoids that are stealth but easy to service IMO....
Yes there would be so much work into something like this. Ill leave the work to the guys like nitro dave. But This is a good thread and gained some good info so thanks guys much appreciated.
