Default Rubber purge line?

Im runing a 5177 kit and am running a purge line along the top of the lh wheel house to the cowl panel to purge at the windshield. I was going to pick up plastic line but got thinking, would rubber vacuum line work? I know there is alot of pressure running though the line but it wont be holding the pressure since it will be purged out. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't think its so much the pressure, but more of the extreme cold from the liquid nitrous evaporating. I imagine it would be pretty harsh on rubber.

I am using a small section of high pressure fuel line for mine and It has worked fine so far.
