Will a NOS Opener Work on a TNT Bottle? 
FO SHO. I have 2 on my bottles. The only difference is the tnt valves only have to rotate about 3 turns to full open, and the NOS openers turn about 6-7 turns to full open. The NOS openers come with a timer that turns power off after a couple of seconds. Meaning, the supplied switch is just on/off. When you turn it on the opener turns and the timer turns it off. When the switch is turned off, the timer closes the valve and turns off. I don't use the timer/controller. I wired mine on a double pole double throw switch, and just flip it up or down for a few seconds. Works no problem.

My current problem is that I'm wanting to use an on/off switch for the opener - I already have a switch panel that is labeled "opener" and I want to use it, ruling out the double pole/double throw switch option (which most other brand openers use).
Can you think of any way I can make this work, using the NOS or any other opener for that matter?

The on/off switch you have should work fine. The control box comes set up for that. With the switch on the opener opens the valve, and with the switch off, the opener closes the valve. The only thing is the tnt bottle opens quicker, which means the opener will be energinzed without acctually turning the valve. Having and using the openers now, I don't think it would hurt them, but over a long period of time it could wear on the motors.
