Wow, that's really weird! I'll give it a try though.

I would not take the intake off if its idleing good.If you had a vac leak you would surge and be all over on a idle tune.SD is a diffrent world and you need to know what your doing with that stuff.Never ran SD when i ran a 9.45 on my old setup.

Okay, yeah, the idle is good except on totally cold startup, then I have to give it gas or it will die before catching idle. As for the speed density, i'm hopin to go 8's when I eventually get the new nitrous setup, but i'm gonna be all motor for a little while, money is tight right now, but we'll be coming out of slow season at work soon, hopin to have everything ready to go by december 9th for a track event we're havin at BMP, but hopefully it's done a little before then so I can get everything dialed in and ready to go for the bigger shot and the shot at 8's on the 9th!

What motor are ya running to go 8s?Not stock cubed right, good luck though it will be just another ls1 in the 8's You might wanna invest in the innovate wideband that go's in the car.It will take the guess work out of tuning.

Yeah, i'm gonna get a wideband eventually, I keep gettin other **** and puttin it off, hehe. It's not a stock motor, but not much bigger, usin the stock block honed with a 3.9 stroker crank which equals 374 cubes. I went the 9.49 in the middle of the day in the dead heat of florida summer and was losin a lot of bottle pressure on a 300 wet/dry combo with the ls6 intake and stock ported tb, have since put both 15 lb bottles together to help with the pressure drop, and now added the 90/90 and will be doin a dual stage direct port that i'm gonna try and go 400 total shot on, so with that and some good weather with the right hook I think I have a shot at the 8's, but only time will tell!

Update:

Pulled intake off just to be safe and make sure everything was good, reinstalled it and used bolts that came with intake instead of stock bolts just in case, cuz I looked at 'em and the ones that come with the intake seem to be a little shorter. Replaced the o2 sensors, played with the tune some more, took her out and still doin it. But she just tripped a p1121 - tps voltage intermittant high, so I guess i'll try swappin the tps sensor now and see if that works, if not, then there's really not much left other than that it needs to be tuned by someone with more knowledge than I have!
