Default Ls2 six speed gto on the bottle, safe?

I'm new to the nitrous thing, and i'm wondering what preperations i need to do in order to run a dry kit i'm picking up off my buddy. I'm getting a compucar dry kit which is basically a bottle, jet, lines, wot switch and a 50 shot jet for $250. This is going on my 2005 GTO six speed. I'm wondering the following: What plugs do I need? Will my stock clutch take up to a 100 shot? Do i need a pressure gauge or will just a bottle heater be ok? Also, Do i need a special computer tune for the nitrous or can I safely just spray through the MAF? Thanks guys for the help and please don't flame!

Plugs would be NGK TR-6...as far as the clutch some cars are breaking them stock some are holding over 500 rwhp at this point I dont think there is an exact science to the clutch
