they won't say one step colder. you have to look up what plug you are using and go from there. for instance, autolite for a LS1 engine is 105. 104 is one step colder and 103 is two steps colder. NGK is TR55 stock, TR6 one step colder and BP7EFS is two steps colder.

Just seeing as how you are somewhat new. Please don't refer to it as NOS, that's a company that produces nitrous components. You would like to put a nitrous system on your car. That's like saying, "Can I put a 100 shot of Dynotune or Cold Fusion on my stock truck?" Doesn't make much sense and makes you sound uniformed. From now on please refer to it as nitrous.

on the UTI note, i have a friend that goes there here in florida. got into a discussion with the fellow honda guys. they say you can build a 10 second honda for $3500.00. my question was why doesn't every import racer have a ten second car then?
Cause they are too busy spending that money on 19" heavy *** chrome wheels, 3ft. high spoilers, and wide drag inducing body kits.

the rule of thumb is 10 hp for every .1 in the quarter. so, about 1 second quicker.

Depending on your gearing.. it should...

Also pending the cam you use... make sure you replace your springs if your running a bigger cam... Dont over look the silly stuff...

Correct me if I am wrong gurus.... but those pushrods should be replaced as well... From what I have seen.. they are pretty damn weak.. throw a meaner cam in there... and BAM bent pushrod...
