Default Best way to monitor A/F on a budget?

ok, i just got a harris single nozzle wet kit. i got the WOT switch, and WS. i was thinking of getting an interceptor gauge because of all the things it does and its relative low cost. obviously if i want to see if im running lean or not, i would need an A/F Gauge. i found out those are very expensive. would the Interceptor be good to sort of bicariously gauge this stuff as it has the 02 readings and knock retard?

If you can swing a wideband go that route, or you could just get her strapped down on a dyno to verify (as long as the dyno has a wideband O2 sensor). The narrow band O2s are not going to tell you much, the resolution is just not there. If it's the best you can do though go for it. You will know if you are dangerously lean or not, you just won't know exactly what the A/F ratio is.

Dynotune sells them with a gauge (if you're not using a laptop) as well for a pretty reasonable price. I've always had great service and products when dealing with them.
