bottle heater ?

someone makes a bottle heater built in to the bottle mount and i was wondering if this very effective or would it be better going with a wrap around style bottle heater?

I have had both styles and I really liked my 860 bottle bracket made the bottle chage faster and much cleaner looking..

They are not the easiest things to find right now since they are on backorder.
