Nitrous Questions
Ok, here goes nothing. I just purchased a kit from Dynotune and want to know how to get the best out of the kit. It is a dry kit. The mods I have done to my car are LT's, true duals, 160* Tstat, Texas Speed tune (actual dyno tune, not mail order tune), TCI 3800 stall, F14 cam, ported TB, lid, and 8.5mm plug wires. Oh yeah, I still have the 2:73 gears. Ok, heres the kicker. I actually have a dry kit on the car right now, but it doesn't belong to me. I put it on to run at the track. We just put the nozzle up through the air filter for the time being. I have the WOT switch to activate the solenoid right now. I already have my switch to active the system and bottle heater already wired up. Here's what I run at the track with the kit the way it is. 1.978-60'
12.228-1/4
114.83-mph
Basically, I want to know if there is anything I should do different on my setup to get a lower et. Example, the placement of the nozzle, window switch, etc... I know my 60' is killing me, but that is the best I could with ET streets. My AF ration is 12.74 on the tune. Oh, this was a 100 shot, I plan on running a 125 shot. Any suggestions would be helpful.
