Different Types of N2O Kits?

Default Different Types of N2O Kits?

I have seen kits for all kinds of cars. If its a dry system and all you are basically doing is running a line from the bottle to the noid then tapping into the intake, why would it matter if its a "LS1" kit or a "Honda" kit? All the parts apprear to be the same, are they not (other than the jets of course)?

Yes most are just generic kits. Look at the LSx specific PRO Dry if ya want to see the difference between a generic kit and a more specific kit. A big quality/completeness diff also. It matters depending on nozzle style and mounting location, amongst other issues.

The main components are all basically the same but its the little things you need to pay attention to.
As an example a Honda kit may only include 12' of braided feed hose where an LSx based kit includes 16'. Also the basic kits will have 4an hose and .078" N2O orifices which will limit the size of shot you can run, usually up to 150 IMO. Larger shots will require 6an hose and .125" orifice solenoids from what I have read, I just don't have the nads to go that big.
