I just bought a dry nitrous kit to put on my almost totally stock 98 M6. It came with the bottle, lines, solenoid, wot switch, jets, wiring, and pretty much all that comes in a simple dry kit... BUT is there anything else that I need to purchase to run a simple 100 shot? I mean do i need new plugs, window switch, purge kit, etc...? Im new to nitrous, so can someone point me in the proper direction...?

Sounds like you've picked up the basic barebones dry kit. You're correct needing the window switch, purge, and a step coler plugs. I'd also look into getting a nitrous filter and a bottle heater (and a pressure gauge) so you can be sure you're spraying with your bottle at the correct pressure (ideally between 950 - 1050 psi).
Most definately get the car tuned with a wide band so that you know that your car isn't leaning out on the juice. Other than that you should be good and ready to go. This is also a good time to learn to solder, it will only help your install be much cleaner and ensure the life of your wiring to last much longer.
Don't be afraid to use the search feature in the Nitrous Forum -- many of the questions that I'm sure will arise during/after your install and before the first time you spray the car have already been asked before, and explained extremely well. There are extremely knowledgable individuals here that can help ensure a long time of spray on your car.
