Can anybody help me with a diagram on how to wire a single stage NX wet kit for a LS1 (MAF kit) with a fuel safety cut off and a dual stage digital window switch (nitrous outlet switch).

Basically the saftey devices are wires up to complete a ground. Some people wire them thru the neg on the solenoids while others wire them in to #85/86 on the nitrous relay. Go thru the diagrams in the above link...you'll figure it out easily.
