my NX purge 'noid is leaking out of the purge side. I looked inside and the o-ring is intact, the plunger with the teflon tip is fine, but the metal seems to have corrosion in spots. Is there anythign I can do or should I send it in?

 

Send it back for repair. Also keep a close eye on the fuel solenoid, when it leaks it will allow fuel to flood your intake. Simply open/crack throttle body for quick inpection using flashlite.
