Default Spray on high miles

I never thought about getting nitrous until I recently received an offer from someone who wants to trade a NX Wet kit for a part I am selling.

Anyway, my question is will my motor be able to handle it. It is a healthy 98, put down 345RWHP with Kooks LT's with high flow cats, loudmouth, lid and pulley. The car has 78K miles on it though. Will the motor be ok for occasional 75-100 shot?

Of course, I plan on taking the proper precautions, retard the timing and change the plugs. Is there anything I would need to do?

Thanks in advance.
