Default nitrous and N/A maps on the stock pcm

is it possible to have the stock pcm on an 04 GTO be capable of having a n/a tune and them when the solenoids switch on flip over to maps made for a nitrous tune then flip back when you stop spraying all without a seperate device like the timing tuner or any nitrous controllers

basically could you be able to change the maps when the solenoid becomes active so it will automatically switch maps when spraying, and go right back to n/a maps when not spraying

Yes but it will require tuning software like HPTuners, EFI Live or similar. Program a temp point either max or min. to advance/retard and rich or lean as needed. Then wire in a resistor to reflect set temp on a switch, flip switch (could be the arming switch for the nitrous or relayed off the solenoid power wire itself) and the computer see's set temp, resulting in the tuning parameters being set.

It can be all set-up automatic in HP Tuners running dry. or like Beers set-up, a manual sw for EFI Live, wet or dry. Also, like Cat suggested, the resistor tricker method. So many options these days.
