Default nos inline bottle opener good?

I bought one on ebay not to long ago. I posted a pic of it in my sig link. It came with a 6 prong switch. I noticed robert/nitrous direct had a pic of one in his signature. I also noticed a variation of this one at daves nitrous outlet. the one dave sells looked as though the bottom big bolt was taken out and the whole thing screwed onto the bottle. Does anyone have any experiance using this type? Looks llike this one screws right on as if you were screwing a garden hose on a faucet and the other side has a fitting for a female line. any feedback greatly appreciated
--thanks in advance.

p.s. don't think i saw a wiring diagram for this opener in the sticky although it has proven invaluable to me as i get my system up and running--next fpss bottle opener and bmn ws

Who's bottle do you have? The fittings that come with it are for NOS valves but we offer an adapter that will let you put it on a medical style valve. p/n 16159NOS. It uses a 3 pole on/off/on switch. not sure why somebody would have included a 6 pole with it. If it is used I would take it apart and check the plungers for wear, if they are bad we sell them direct from Tech Service.

The wiring schematic can be found at our web site in the instructions section. Here is a link to them.

Also I have found it some times easier to mount the opener remotley so you don't have to mess with it everytime you fill the bottle. The switch should be a momentary switch not a normal toggle in case you got a normal one with it.

Thanks kyle for the link. The bottle is zex and it will need the nos adapter because it is much larger then the valve on the bottle. I am gonna take it apart and check for wear also.
