Default Just another newbie question!!

I was just wondering a few things

1- running nitrous on a m6 car are there any more safety features other than a window switch, fuel pressure switch, WOT switch.? Or any others any would recommend? these are all i know of. or any other main methods such as spark plugs and ign. retard (3 degree for every 50 shot) correct?

2- i know there is NO set number the LS1 can run @ safely but does a 200 wet shot seem perfectly reliable with the safety features mentioned ( also to add its a properly maintained motor in which passes a compression test & cylinder leakage test perfectly fine)

And yeah i know the search button ....
Just hard to find what im looking for exactly!
Thanks alot! @

1-Run colder plugs (TR6's) and a upgraded fuel pump.

2-There is no shot that will be perfectly reliable.

Your post is hard to read, use some grammar and capitialzation.

1. Window switch, WOT switch, and FPSS are the 3 main safety devices on a nitrous system. Running the proper heat range spark plug with the proper gap is also essential to keep plugs from melting. You can buy a timing tuner that can pull timing when you activate the nitrous system. 1-2 degrees per 50Hp is safe.

2. A 150 shot is OK on stock timing as long as fueling is aduquate. A 200 wet single shot can be done safely, but you are then taking a gamble.

This is basic stuff and is very simple to find around here.
