thinking about nitrous, this a good kit? what about Tuning after?

thinking about nitrous, this a good kit? what about Tuning after? alright, this spring im adding lots to my car, as far as performance stuff, i got a 12 bolt moser rearend coming with 4.10's and im really considering nitrous,
but at the moment im on the fence.
first off, this would be the kit im purchasing.

let me know what you guys think about it. i would run a 100 or 150 shot, whatever would be 100% safe. im currently making 407 rwhp.
now my question is, as far as tuning. would i have to have a secondary tune and upload it to the car when i want to use the juice, so off the bottle im still getting all my ponies out.
not that big of a deal, i use ls1edit with a laptop, but still be a bit of a pain.
the wet kits are the way to go right?
using the wetkit, being that it adds fuel as well as nitrous, would the extra tuning be neccessary?
and also, how do i KNOW the the engine is forsure getting the extra fuel it needs with spraying, i want this to be completely safe, i dont want anythin blowing up or seizin on me.
