Dry kit nozzle selection?
Dry kit nozzle selection? I am getting a NOS kit from my brother. He was using it for a wet kit and can't find the dry nozzle, so I will need to get one. The kit was originally a NOS kit and for now I will be running dry only. I will be going to a 2 stage wet/dry down the road, probably 75/75 or more. This will be going on my '71 Chevelle w/ LS1 swap. The intake is a 4" - 90* mandrel bend, then a 4"-3.5" coupler w/ the MAF then 3.5" straight tubing and a K&N cone. I will piece it together tonight and take a pic. I just got a FJO dual channel wideband that I will be using in combination w/ a MSD window switch to trigger the 2 stage.
Car will be cam only and bolt ons, stock bottom end and 241 heads. Should be about 400rwhp NA. I plan on running 42# injectors. My goal is close to 500rwhp w/ single stage and 550 or so dual stage.
My main question is about nozzle selection/placement. What type of nozzle should I run and what angle spray? Should I run a single or dual nozzle? How far in front of the MAF should I place them?
I am new to spray, but spend a lot of time reading in this section.

I just picked up the kit this weekend. It was a NOS dry kit, but no dry nozzle now. Also has a NOS bottle heater and dynotune fuel solenoid.
This is going to be cut down quite a bit, but how far in front of the MAF should I put the nozzle?
