enlighten me on stand alone systems
enlighten me on stand alone systems what are they? how do they work? i did a search on here and google, and cant really find much. is it just a seperate fuel system to support higher amounts of nitrous?
pretty much.if your fuel pump either can't keep up or you want to run higher octane while on the jug the stand alone is what you want.the fuel cell is around .075-1 gallon and mounted either where the battery is or where the fuse boxes is.
the standalone has its own pump with the kit so there is always adequate fuel pressure. and you have the option of running race gas only when it the n2o activates. and you dont have to worry about too much fuel being pulled out of the rails on big hits.
