how are you guys hooking them up? with a relay and the same switch as the n2o? or a differant switch? sometimes during a run ill flip the n2o off and back on, id be worried about it not geting fuel pressure when i flip it on....

I have mine on a relay and it gets its switched 12v when I activate the nitrous switch. The nitrous/fuel solenoids dont activate until it gets its ground source which mine is interrupted by a full throttle switch, MSD window switch, and a FPSS. If you need help with the relay wiring PM me. I will try to explain it in further detail if need be.

i understand the wiring...just wondering if that would be a problem, if i have them on the same switch and flip the n2o on in the middle of a run, will the stand alone ber able to build up fuel pressure as quick as the nitrous flows through the line

you should have two switches, one to activate the system. and one to trigger it. whether it be by a full throttle/tps or a push botton.

no you should have the system activated meaning ready to go when you want to spray. have it on a separted switch if you want to turn it off or on. meaning on or off the solenoids. hope i'm making sense.

Okay i think i understand. You want to know if your already full throttle and over the set rpm if you flip the switch will the fuel be ready. I have the same question. I was thinking of before the run to activate to build pressure, then shut if off and after you go full throttle you could flip it again and there should still be pressure built up to support the shot. Not sure if this makes any sense, just what i was thinkin.

I don't know bout urs, but mine the pressure bleeds off back into the cell when it's not running.

The pump usually is connect to the arming switch, using a relay, so to get full voltage.
In your way of racing you will need 2 switches. Now in your set up I would run one toggle that arms the system and turns the fuel pump on. SO you know the pump is on ready to go. the other switch I would use a push button. This way you are controlling the nitrous system, with no chance of turning the wrong switch off. Just think with two toggle hit the wrong one at the wrong time, OUCH that would be bad.

Just use your master arm switch and jump that ACC to the fuel pump and to your 12Vhot on your N20 Switch, then the N20 switch accessory through your safety items and to the noids. That way you can't activate the nitrous unless your master arm switch is triggered. You will have to turn on the master arm before you can flip the N20 and get any voltage
