Why am I still lean!? Plate guys help, ASAP!

So the the car is running lean through out the entire run?
If you went up on the jet and it went leaner that does not make sense. That is normaly a sign of a poor fuel delivery problem. This is normaly a fuel pump.
If the fuel pressure is not droping at the hit of the system and it is just a spike meaning it is only lean for a split second you can tune this out by shortening the hose from the fuel solenoid to the plate.
